J’adore ce quartier, car on y trouve tous les commerces de proximité et la mer est à 100 mètres. Je m’y sens bien aussi car c’est un quartier dynamique mais calme. / I adore this area—it has all the essential shops, the ocean is only 100 meters away, and it strikes the perfect balance between vibrant and tranquil. »

Je suis une amoureuse des Sables d’Olonne car c’est une ville à taille humaine et en même temps on y trouve les principales enseignes. Et surtout, il y a l’océan, magnifique, captivant, ressourçant et différent chaque jour. J’ai l’impression de vivre dans une bulle loin de la frénésie et de l’agitation des grandes villes, tout en bénéficiant d’infrastructures adaptées. / I’m deeply in love with Les Sables-d’Olonne because it’s a human-scale city that still offers all the major brands and amenities. But above all, there’s the ocean—magnificent, mesmerizing, rejuvenating, and ever-changing with each passing day. I feel like I’m living in a peaceful bubble, far from the frenzy and chaos of big cities, while still enjoying everything I need right at my doorstep.

La villa Catalpa est une maison en bois construite en 2011. J’ai démoli mon ancienne maison, afin de concevoir cette villa plus spacieuse et surtout en respectant mes choix environnementaux et décoratifs. La villa est sur 3 niveaux et mesure 190m² habitables. La villa n’est cependant pas amménagée pour les personnes en situation de handicap (marches à l’entrée de la maison et des escaliers)/ Villa Catalpa is a wooden house built in 2011. I demolished my old home to design this more spacious villa—one that fully aligns with my environmental values and decorative vision. The villa spans three levels and offers 190 m² (2,045 sq ft) of living space. However, the villa is not wheelchair-accessible (there are steps at the entrance and stairs inside).

Au rez-de-chaussée (85 m²), vous y trouverez un salon salle à manger cuisine équipée. Vous y trouverez aussi un billard français transformé en anglais, un coin télé et un poêle à granulés. Vous avez accès à une terrasse bois (32 m²) et un jardin avec jacuzzi, salon de jardin, parasol, barbecue et trampoline. Le jardin avec ses murs orange et rose et sa végétation exotique vous transportera dans une ambiance méditerranéenne. / On the ground floor (85 m² / 915 sq ft), you’ll find an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The space also features a French billiard table converted to an English-style pool table, a cozy TV nook, and a pellet stove for warmth. Step outside onto a wooden terrace (32 m² / 344 sq ft) leading to a garden complete with a jacuzzi, outdoor lounge seating, a parasol, a barbecue, and a trampoline. The garden—with its orange and pink walls and lush exotic plants—evokes the charm of the Mediterranean, transporting you to a sun-drenched escape.

Au premier étage (63 m²), vous trouverez 4 chambres et une salle d’eau (4 vasques et une cabine de douche avec jets hydromassants hammam). Il y a 3 chambres avec des lits Queen Size (160×190) et une chambre avec deux lits simples (90×190). Les 2 chambres côté sud ont accès à un toit terrasse (22 m²) avec bain de soleil et hamac. /On the first floor (63 m² / 678 sq ft), you’ll find four bedrooms and a spa-like bathroom featuring four sinks and a walk-in shower with hydro-massage jets and a hammam function. Three of the bedrooms have Queen-size beds (160×190 cm), while the fourth offers two single beds (90×190 cm). The two south-facing bedrooms open onto a private rooftop terrace (22 m² / 237 sq ft), complete with sun loungers and a hammac—perfect for soaking up the sun in total relaxation.

Au deuxième étage (42 m²), vous accédez à la suite parentale avec un lit à baldaquin Queen Size, un sauna à infra-rouge) et une salle d’eau (2 vasques, baignoire ilot). Plein sud, vous aurez accès à un toit terrasse (21 m²) avec bain de soleil et chaises./ On the second floor (42 m² / 452 sq ft), you’ll discover the luxurious master suite, featuring a Queen-size canopy bed, an infrared sauna, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a freestanding soaking tub. Facing south, the suite opens onto a private rooftop terrace (21 m² / 226 sq ft) equipped with sun loungers and chairs—an ideal retreat for basking in sunlight and fresh air.
